Keeping Up With My Goal: Running….& Hard

What a weekend! I am feeling so tired today and I guess it is because of all my exercising. Saturday I finally got to drop into the yoga studio and loved it. It has been way too long and my hamstrings could attest to that. It was a Level 2-3 class so we did some fancy arm balances, hand stands and stretches. After yoga M and I did a 4 mile run on the trail! Woo hoo…I am getting so much faster! Sunday I ran another two and today did 2.5 miles-with Gracie…my little puppy…Boy, she can run way faster than me and loves the exercise. I am so happy I am running more and can’t wait to see some results!
